This form helps you request rates information for property requistion purposes.

Please complete the form, and click the 'Send your information' button. The information will be sent to our rates team, and we will email or fax the information back to you.

If you need rates information for multiple titles in a sale, please send your combined list by email to rates@waikatoregion.govt.nz
You can only request information for a single title using this form.

Vendor's solicitors please note: If your client currently has a direct debit payment arrangement in place, please advise if and when it should be cancelled. Cancellation of other payment arrangements must be actioned by your client.
