What we did this year

This year our theme was resilience. Our stand was in its usual spot inside The Pavilion, site PE 36.

  • We had subject-matter experts on site to answer your questions from rural compliance and pest control to erosion prevention and planting.
  • Your constituent councillors were there, so you could chat to them about what’s most important to you.
  • Our Primary Industry Engagement team were on site throughout the week to talk about a range of issues relevant to rural audiences, including farm environment planning.
  • Our plant and animal pest team were there to chat about species you need to look out for as well as tools, tips and support to control pest species around your property.
  • There was a Catchment and River Management customer feedback survey designed for people who live in the region and with farms larger than 20ha.
  • We had ‘Be a detective’ and 'Match the name' games for children.
